Hump Day Radio: Florrie - "Seashells"

Ok, I admit, I can't tell if she's singing, "He SELLS the seashells, and she says no."  or "He SAYS the seashells, and she says no."  Which do you think it is?  I've seen both on the net, so it's clearly up to interpretation.  Hope your week is fantastic and we'll see you next week with another great song.
